We want you to be completely satisfied with your NUDIENT purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returned electronics and accessories must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original NUDIENT packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original documentation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
